Welcome to Shawsheen Valley Technical High School. Our goals are to educate young people for new and emerging occupations and to provide a high-quality, high school educational experience that respects and effectively equips students either to enter the respective trades as skilled workers and technicians or to competently pursue postsecondary educational opportunities.
Shawsheen Valley Technical High School is a leader in technology and education, and we believe it can meet your needs as well. Our teachers not only upgrade their own technology skills, but also instruct their peers from all over the Commonwealth. Our facilities are superb, and Shawsheen Valley Technical High School has been named one of the Commonwealth's top ten schools for its ability to provide technology to students. Supported by the caliber of their expert training, our students participate in competitions at the district, state and national level and earn top awards in their technical specialties. Outside the laboratory and classrooms, Shawsheen Valley Technical High School staff and students achieve as well, with impressive sports teams and coaching records. When they graduate, our students are well on their way to a successful and productive future; our average annual placement figure is ninety-six percent.
